SDCL § 1-53-1: Governor's Office of Economic Development created--Commissioner as head.

There is hereby created a Governor's Office of Economic Development within the Department of Executive Management. The head of the Governor's Office of Economic Development is the commissioner of the Governor' s Office of Economic Development who shall be appointed and serve pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, Article IV, § 9.
