SDCL § 1-53-22: Promulgation of rules governing farm link program.

The Governor's Office of Economic Development shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to administer the farm link program established pursuant to § 1-53-21. The rules shall include provisions governing program eligibility and procedures for data management, applications, and program administration.
