SDCL § 1-53-46: Agency cooperation to develop, administer, and market certified beef program.

The secretary of agriculture and natural resources and the commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development shall consult and cooperate, and shall exchange such services, personnel, and information as are necessary and appropriate in order to develop, administer, and market the South Dakota Certified beef program.
