SDCL § 1-8-1.1: Administrative functions of boards performed by secretary of state.

TITLE 1. STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT
CHAPTER 1-8. SECRETARY OF STATE

The secretary of state shall perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the following boards:

(1) Board of Finance, created by chapter 4-1.

(2) Board of Canvassers, created by chapter 12-20.
