CHAPTER 10-50D. NICOTINE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

A nicotine product retailer may buy or receive nicotine products only from a licensee, or a licensed distributor or licensed wholesaler under chapter 10-50. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
