SDCL § 12-26-35: Deepfake--Injunction or other equitable relief.

The attorney general, a candidate who is injured or likely to be injured by the dissemination of a deepfake in violation of § 12-26-33, or the individual depicted in a deepfake disseminated in violation of § 12-26-33 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief prohibiting the dissemination of the deepfake.
