SDCL § 13-26-12: Requirements for voters signing petition.

CHAPTER 13-26. SCHOOL TERM AND HOLIDAYS

Voters signing a referendum petition under § 13-26-9 shall comply with the same requirements provided for counties under § 7-18A-11, and the petition shall be verified in the same manner as provided for counties in § 7-18A-12.
