TITLE 13. EDUCATION
CHAPTER 13-33. CURRICULUM AND COURSES OF INSTRUCTION

For purposes of §§ 13-33-20 to 13-33-23, inclusive, distance learning is the technology and educational process used to provide instruction when the student and primary instructor are not physically present at the same time or place.
