SDCL § 13-33-23.1: Distance learning--Children of transferred military personnel--Eligibility.

If the parent or guardian of a child is ordered to transfer to a military installation in this state pursuant to a military order, the child is eligible, upon issuance of the order, to be registered and enrolled with a state-approved distance learning provider by the school district in which the parent or guardian will reside.
