SDCL § 13-39-26: Nonpublic secondary or postsecondary technical institutions.

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to nonpublic secondary or postsecondary technical institutions except that the secretary of education and LEAs may enter into agreements with these schools and institutions to provide career and technical education.
