SDCL § 13-39-49: Chairman and vice chairman of center board.

CHAPTER 13-39. CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

The officers of a center board shall be a chairman and a vice chairman, who shall not be from the same school district. The chairman shall preside at all meetings of a center board and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside.
