SDCL § 13-39-57: Appropriated and federal funds used for distribution.

Funds distributed to the multidistrict, career and technical academies under the provisions of § 13-39-56 are to be paid out of money appropriated to the division and from federal funds allotted to the State of South Dakota for the purposes of career and technical education.
