CHAPTER 13-47. EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS

It is in the best interest of the people of South Dakota to allow the Board of Educational Telecommunications to provide for necessary equipment, personnel, and services to provide an INFOTEXT system for public television.
