SDCL § 13-47-4: Employment of personnel for office--Supplies and equipment.

The commissioner of the Bureau of Information and Technology may employ clerical help and assistants as may be necessary for the educational telecommunications office, subject to chapter 3-6D. The board may purchase supplies and equipment as deemed necessary.
