SDCL § 13-55E-8: Deposits of payments--State fund.

The executive director shall deposit payments received under this chapter into a fund in the state treasury and shall account for each payment required from a purchaser on behalf of a beneficiary pursuant to the advance payment contract. The fund is a participating fund pursuant to § 4-5-30.
