SDCL § 13-58-16: Budget for animal disease laboratory--Submission to Board of Regents and Legislature.

The president of South Dakota State University and the Diagnostic Laboratory Advisory Committee shall prepare a budget for the operation of the laboratory which the president shall present to the Board of Regents and to the Legislature.
