SDCL § 15-26A-15: Attachments to petition for appeal.

Attachments to the petition shall include:

(1) A conformed copy of the order sought to be reviewed;

(2) All findings of fact, conclusions of law, or memorandum opinions relating thereto; and

(3) The notice of entry of the order sought to be appealed.
