CHAPTER 15-6. RULES OF PROCEDURE IN CIRCUIT COURTS

When a pleader fails to set up a counterclaim through oversight, inadvertence, or excusable neglect, or when justice requires, he may by leave of court set up the counterclaim by amendment.
