SDCL § 16-2-50: Definitions.

Terms used in §§ 23-3-52, 23-3-53, and 16-2-50 to 16-2-54, inclusive, mean:

(1) "CASA," court appointed special advocate;

(2) "Commission," the Court Appointed Special Advocates Commission;

(3) "Fund," court appointed special advocates fund; and

(4) "Grant program," the court appointed special advocates grant program.
