TITLE 18. OATHS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
CHAPTER 18-1. NOTARIES PUBLIC

Each notary public, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall obtain an official seal and file an impression of the same, together with the oath described in § 18-1-2, in the Office of the Secretary of State.
