SDCL § 21-32-13: Trial of action in Supreme Court.

TITLE 21. JUDICIAL REMEDIES
CHAPTER 21-32. REMEDIES AGAINST THE STATE

The trial of such action shall be conducted in accordance with chapter 15-25 and any special rule or order made for trial of the particular case by the Supreme Court.
