CHAPTER 24-1. MANAGEMENT OF STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES

The prison facility authorized by SL 2025 (1st SS), ch 1, may not be used for the temporary detention of non-adjudicated noncitizens who are being actively deported by the Department of Homeland Security.
