CHAPTER 25-6. ADOPTION OF CHILDREN

The provisions of §§ 25-6-6 to 25-6-8, inclusive, and of §§ 25-6-16 and 25-6-17 shall be applicable to adult adoption, but a new birth certificate shall be issued only if requested in the petition.
