CHAPTER 28-6B. MEDICAL CARE FOR UNBORN CHILDREN

For purposes of this chapter, the term, prenatal medical services, does not include an abortion unless the abortion is necessitated by a medical emergency as defined in subdivision 34-23A-1(5).
