CHAPTER 31-11. COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AND FUNDS

The board of county commissioners shall annually hold a public hearing on the continuance of the maintenance of private roads by the county. Such hearing shall be published pursuant to § 31-11-42.
