SDCL § 32-11-33: Balance maintained in license plate fund--Transfer of excess to local government highway and bridge fund.

A balance necessary for the manufacturing and distribution of license plates shall be maintained in the license plate special revenue fund. All other moneys shall be transferred to the local government highway and bridge fund.
