SDCL § 32-14-16: Golf cart ordinances authorized in municipalities and improvement districts.

For the purposes of § 32-14-14, the term, municipality, means any municipality organized pursuant to Title 9 and any improvement district established by a county pursuant to chapter 7-25A. A county may adopt, by ordinance, regulations to enforce and administer the provisions of § 32-14-14 on behalf of the improvement district.
