CHAPTER 32-17. VEHICLE LIGHTS AND FLARES

Fire trucks and apparatus shall be exempt from the provisions of §§ 32-17-14 and 32-17-15 providing such fire trucks and apparatus are equipped with sirens or horns and red warning lights as provided for in § 32-31-4.
