SDCL § 32-23-8: Other evidence on being under the influence of alcoholic beverage.

The provisions of § 32-23-7 may not be construed as limiting the introduction of any other competent evidence bearing upon the question whether or not the defendant was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
