CHAPTER 32-3A. TITLE, REGISTRATION AND TAXATION OF BOATS

The county treasurer may charge the boat owner an administrative fee not to exceed three dollars for each boat license sold pursuant to this chapter. The fee shall be deposited in the county general fund.
