CHAPTER 32-3A. TITLE, REGISTRATION AND TAXATION OF BOATS

The county treasurer shall forward each nonnegotiable interstate title to the department with the application for registration, a copy of the valid ownership document or out-of-state registration. The department shall determine if such documents were valid at the time of application for registration.
