CHAPTER 32-3A. TITLE, REGISTRATION AND TAXATION OF BOATS

The burden of proving ownership and title is upon the applicant for a certificate of title. If satisfied that the applicant is the owner of the large boat and the application is in proper form, the secretary of revenue shall issue a certificate of title over his signature.
