SDCL § 33-10-264: Resistance--Flight--Breach of arrest--Escape.

Where this section sits in the code

Any person subject to this code who:

(1) Resists apprehension;

(2) Flees from apprehension;

(3) Breaks arrest; or

(4) Escapes from custody or confinement;

shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
