CHAPTER 34-12. REGULATION OF HOSPITALS AND RELATED INSTITUTIONS

The department shall develop, implement, and administer a trauma care system including a statewide trauma registry that involves all hospitals, freestanding emergency medical care facilities, rural emergency hospitals, and emergency medical services within the state.
