CHAPTER 34-12I. VIDEO OR AUDIO MONITORING IN ASSISTED LIVING CENTERS AND NURSING FACILITIES

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person may not access or disseminate a recording produced by a video monitoring device, without the written consent of the resident. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
