SDCL § 34-16-2: Release of disease germs as felony.

CHAPTER 34-16. NUISANCES AND HEALTH HAZARDS

Any person who releases or spreads any disease germs intending thereby to accomplish the infection of one or more persons or domestic animals is guilty of a Class 2 felony.
