SDCL § 34-20-27: County application for federal assistance in rodent control.

Application for the services of the Fish and Wildlife Service in the eradication of rodents enumerated in § 34-20-26 shall be made by the board of county commissioners of the respective counties, which board shall advise in the naming of the persons selected to lay out such poison.
