SDCL § 34-20B-49: Criminal penalties in addition to civil and administrative penalties.

CHAPTER 34-20B. DRUGS AND SUBSTANCES CONTROL

Any penalty imposed for violation of §§ 34-20B-42 to 34-20B-48, inclusive, shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
