SDCL § 34-24C-3: Application for grant to provide subsidized mammograms--Responsibilities of grant recipients.

Any medical institution in this state may apply to the Department of Health for a grant to provide subsidized mammograms. Any medical institution that receives a grant pursuant to this chapter shall, as a condition of the grant, report to the Department of Health the frequency of mammograms, the number and amount of subsidies provided and the detection of cancer resulting from those mammograms.
