CHAPTER 34-26A. CREMATORIES AND CREMATIONS

The State Board of Funeral Service may, after notice and a hearing, suspend or revoke licensure issued in accordance with § 34-26A-4.1. The board shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26, to establish the grounds for suspension or revocation of the licensure.
