CHAPTER 34-29A. BOILER SAFETY

The secretary of public safety, or his designee, shall deposit all fees received pursuant to §§ 34-29A-35.1 to 34-29A-37, inclusive, to the treasurer of the state for deposit into the boiler inspection fund.
