SDCL § 34-3A-2: Fees paid into special revenue fund.

Fees collected for reimbursable expenditures and for services to patients in their homes by public health nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, and other specialized health personnel who are employees of counties and municipalities shall be receipted into said fund.
