- CHAPTER 34-46. REGULATION OF SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS
No person may sell a nicotine product, as defined in § 10-50E-1, other than in an unopened package originating with the manufacturer and depicting the warning labels required by federal law.
A person who violates this section is subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars, imposed by the Department of Revenue. Each violation is subject to a fine.
