SDCL § 34-55-4: Application--Contents.

An applicant for a grant under this chapter shall provide the following information on the application:

(1) The location of the project;

(2) The proposed training;

(3) The number of personnel to be trained;

(4) The total cost of the training and associated expenses; and

(5) Any additional information requested by the attorney general.
