SDCL § 34A-2-69: Notice of emergency order.

Notice of an order pursuant to § 34A-2-68 shall conform to the requirements of §§ 34A-2-53 to 34A-2-60, inclusive, so far as practicable; the notice shall indicate that the order is an emergency order.
