SDCL § 34A-3-26: Civil fine for supervision of water treatment plant by uncertified operator.

TITLE 34A. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
CHAPTER 34A-3. WATER SUPPLY AND TREATMENT SYSTEM OPERATORS

Any system or operator who violates the provisions of § 34A-3-4 is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars per day of violation.
