TITLE 34A. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
CHAPTER 34A-6. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

For purposes of this chapter, medical waste means disposable equipment, instruments, utensils, human tissue, laboratory waste, blood specimens, or other substances that could carry pathogenic organisms.
