SDCL § 36-10B-16: Background check--Compact participants--Costs.

The board shall implement procedures for the completion of a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check for a dietitian seeking to participate in the dietitian licensure compact adopted by § 36-10C-1. The dietitian must pay any fee for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting the background check.
