CHAPTER 36-13. ABSTRACTERS OF TITLE

The board is empowered to commence actions for injunction for violation of this chapter or rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter as an alternate to criminal proceedings. The commencement of one proceeding by the board constitutes an election.
