CHAPTER 36-14. BARBERS AND BARBERSHOPS

The Board of Barber Examiners may commence actions for injunction for violation of this chapter or rules promulgated hereunder as an alternate to criminal proceedings. The commencement of one proceeding by the board constitutes an election.
